IMMEDIATE OPENINGS: Independent Contractors with TWIC or TSA STA Needed to Support AOG Operations (Muskegon, MI)

NW Pro Couriers is growing our Grand Rapids AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support team and we’re searching for independent contractors who can jump in fast for urgent, on-demand deliveries that keep aircraft moving. If you’re reliable, hold a current TWIC card or TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA), and want to be at the heart of critical logistics, we want you on our team—qualified candidates get priority placement.

What’s the Role?
We’re looking for experienced contract couriers to handle urgent AOG pickups and deliveries, dispatched through our route management system. This is an on-call, flexible opportunity—ideal for someone who likes a challenge and wants to play a key role in supporting aviation operations.
Most calls come in between midnight and 6am, but we’re a true 24/7 operation. If you’re ready to help airlines, airports, and maintenance teams stay on schedule, this is your chance.

Where You Need to Be
You must live within 20 miles of Muskegon (ZIP 49456).

What You’ll Need

• 18+ years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years)
• Reliable personal vehicle (car or small SUV only—no trucks or vans)
• Current registration and insurance
• Smartphone (for GPS and order scanning)
• Willing and able to work in any weather
• Ready to complete contractor screening and quick online training
• Currently have, or can obtain, a valid STA or TWIC credential

Dress Code

• Gray/red polo or NW Pro Couriers T-shirt (we provide these), solid-color pants (no sweats/athletic wear), and closed-toe professional shoes (no sandals/flip-flops/heels)
• 1099 Contractor ID badge (provided) must be worn while on shift

Contract Type
You’ll work as an Independent Contractor (1099).
