Relay Express is a 24/7 Logistical Solutions Provider in business since 1986. We are currently looking for a full-time critical parts specialist at our Cincinnati headquarters. The focus and responsibilities of this position are to facilitate all aspects of our logistical warehousing and site service location for critical parts. This person will meet all service requirements while adhering to the policies and procedures of Relay Express. Inc. The candidate must possess strong relationship skills and maintain a positive solution-based attitude at all times.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 11:30-8:00 p.m.

Duties And Responsibilities

Have a complete understanding of Relay Express' warehousing/logistics, services programs, customers and service parameter definitions.
Responsible for keeping the warehouse looking professional, clean, safe, and organized.
Sign for and complete all incoming and outbound deliveries according to customer requirements daily.
Be able to provide detailed information on each shipment coming into and being shipped out of the warehouse.
Organize incoming orders per customer, prepare each shipment for driver pickup.
Make deliveries as needed up to 50% of your shift.
Maintain professional attire, language, and business demeanor in all dealings with customers, employees, and vendors.
Forklift certified.
Adhere to Relay Express’ Social Covenant

Requirements

Professional image and communication skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
Ability to work in an unsupervised manner
Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and driver availability.
Serve as a liaison between customers, contractors, and the operations team.

Compensation

Benefits and Compensation:

Salary range: $45,000
plus future commission opportunities

Dental and Vision Insurance after 60 days
401k Profit Share with company match after 1 year
Paid time-off based on employee handbook: 1 week at 6 months, 1 week at 1 year
