DSP's need to have a 16ft Box or 26ft box truck with lift gate

The average mileage in a day is between 150-200 miles
The average of stops is 20-25.

Have a company incorporated with the state of AZ as LLC or INC
EIN (Employer Identification number) or business tax
Insured for $1.000.000 for accident
Background Check and MVR (driving record)
Helper must pass a Background check
