Independent Contractor – Shuttle Driver ( 16 Foot Box Truck)
Location: Fort Myers

Pay: $1,300- $1,600
Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Ameriship Parcel Delivery is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Shuttle Driver with a 16-foot box truck to assist with overnight and weekend linehaul operations between Fort Myers and Orlando.

Job Requirements

Must own a 16-foot box truck and have a spare truck
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently (loading/unloading without assistance)
Must be able to scan and sort packages using a mobile device
Punctuality and strong time management are critical

Schedule Overview
Monday–Friday Evenings

Start Time: Between 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Load all outbound packages into your truck in Fort Myers (solo)
Drive to Orlando
Unload, scan, and sort packages
Assist with inbound sorting, loading, and scanning once all shuttle drivers arrive
Depart Orlando and return to Fort Myers
Unload, scan, and sort packages upon arrival (solo)
End Time: Between 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Saturday Afternoon

Start Time: 3:00-3:30 PM
Load any missorted packages in Fort Myers (solo)
Drive to Orlando
Unload and sort any corrected shipments
Load all Fort Myers-bound freight (solo)
Return to Fort Myers and unload/sort (solo)
End Time: Approximately 8 hours after starting

Additional Information
This is an Independent Contractor position. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel, maintenance, and tax obligations.
