J.E. Holding Co. is Seeking 50 Resilient 1099 Drivers for Daily Package Delivery opportunities

Our Mission:
To provide exceptional delivery service to OnTrac customers and shippers through a network of dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused Last-Mile Driver Contractors.

Your opportunity: $500 signing bonus! Deliver in your own Vehicle!
The "Flex" in OnTrac Flex refers to the flexible nature of the work, allowing drivers to choose their schedules and potentially work for multiple delivery services. This model is similar to Amazon Flex, but specific to OnTrac's operations and requirements.

Realistic Expectations:

• Variable Work: No guaranteed routes or volume. First come first serve no reservations
• Morning Shifts: Start between 8-10 AM, work until deliveries are complete.
• Flat Structure: starting $100 Base include your first 40 stops you reciver $2.00 per stop after 40 stops.
• Vehicle Requirements: Must use your own vehicle. Recommended: Cargo Van, Step Van, or CDV (Commercial Delivery Vehicle). No pickups trucks.
• Insurance: Commercial insurance required (at your expense).
• Independent Contractor Status: Responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
• App-Based System: Use OnTrac Flex app for loading, routing, and delivery confirmation.
• Upfront Expense may include administrative fees and Territory Access Tolls
• Your Settlements are a net 14 and you invoiced weekly payment
- Starting point is in Caldonia Wi and deliver throughout central and southern and southwestern Milwaukee.

Requirements:
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check and drug test
• Smartphone for app usage
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation meeting our vehicle recommendations
• Complete the Driver questionnaire
• Once you complete the driver questionnaire you will receive an invite to Openforce for immediate enrollment
• To qualify for the $500 signing bonus you must deliver 3 days a week for your first 30 days

Enrollment Needs:
EIN, SS-4 verification letter, W-9, Driver's License, Articles of Incorporation, Profile Photo, Social Security Card, Background check/MVR, OpenForce Enrollment, Driver Agreement
