S&M Network LLC is hiring independent delivery drivers for ON DEMAND deliveries through the OneRail platform. This is a flexible, same-day delivery opportunity, ideal for drivers who prefer to manage their own schedule and work as routes become available.
Pickup & Service Areas:

• Columbia, MD & Glen Burnie, MD

• North Bergen, NJ & Jersey City, NJ (Deliveries to Manhattan – tolls covered when delivering to Manhattan)

• North Seattle, WA

Drivers will complete local deliveries of Pepsi products and construction materials to residential and commercial customers.

Pay & Schedule:

• Type: On-demand (routes assigned as available)

• Deliveries: Daily, except Thanksgiving and Christmas

• Pay: Weekly

• Proof of Delivery (POD) required for each completed delivery

Vehicle Requirements:

• Acceptable vehicles: Minivans, SUVs, Pickup Trucks, or Cargo Vans

• Box trucks are not permitted

Requirements:

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance

• Reliable vehicle in good condition

• Smartphone with the OneRail driver app installed

• Must pass a background check ($40 fee deducted from first paycheck)

• Ability to safely load, unload, and deliver items to customers

Training & Onboarding:

• Weekly training held every Thursday at 1:00 PM EST (mandatory for new drivers)

• Training covers OneRail app setup, route navigation, and delivery procedures
