Looking for a reliable Driver (Independent Contractor) with a Car/Sedan for a daily medical specimen run.

Schedule:
- Mon–Fri, pickup at 3:30 PM (hard FedEx cutoff).
- Start: Paid dry run Fri 9/12 at 3:30 PM.
- Go-live Mon 9/15.

Pay:
- $30/day base + $5/day on-time bonus = $35/day.
- Weekly reliability bonus: +$25 if all 5 days on time.
- Total: $175–$200/week.
- Weekly ACH; same-day PODs required.

Time on route:
- 20–30 minutes total (pickup + labeling at FedEx using provided account/service).

What you do:
- Arrive by 3:30 PM, pick up ambient specimens, drive to FedEx, create label, hand off before cutoff.
Upload photo POD at pickup + FedEx receipt.

Requirements:
- 1099 Independent Contractor, valid DL/insurance, smartphone.
- Car/Sedan in good condition; professional communication.
- Comfortable handling medical specimens (ambient).

Bonuses & rules:
- On-time = arrive within 10 minutes of 3:30 PM and meet FedEx cutoff.
- Miss any on-time day → no weekly reliability bonus that week.
- No-call/no-show = no pay that day + no bonus.
