Job Summary

We are seeking an Independent Contractor to handle deliveries on the assigned route. Responsible for safe, timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Drive your own vehicle to deliver goods to customers or businesses
Carefully load and unload cargo
Follow specific routes and time schedules
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
Maintain delivery records

Requirements

Fully insured with minimum bodily injury liability insurance of 100/300K
Valid driver’s license
Clean MVR and background check
Reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle
Smartphone for route management apps
Professional communication and reliability
Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks
Attention to detail
Important Requirements:
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Required liability insurance coverage for bodily injury with limits of $100,000 to $300,000.
Occupational insurance is required. It provides coverage if you are injured in an accident and unable to work for more than 30 days. ($20.75 a week if full-time)
