We are seeking reliable and motivated Independent Contractors to join our delivery team in La Vergne, Tennessee. This role is ideal for drivers who are self-motivated, dependable, and experienced in small-package delivery.

Job Details

Pay: $1.50 per package (same address count applies)
Average Packages per Day: 100–200
Estimated Weekly Pay: $900 – $1,800 (based on volume and speed)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday (weekend work required; 1–2 weekdays off permitted)
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Training: Provided to ensure you quickly master delivery rules and requirements
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly every Monday for the previous week

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Must have your own vehicle (fuel-efficient preferred)
Must possess a smartphone with data plan
Must be willing to work weekends
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Capable of scanning & sorting assigned packages with route members
Must follow guidelines and instructions from Route Manager
Background check required (fee $35–$40, must clear prior to contracting)
Must provide proof of valid personal auto insurance
No background check fee upfront. There will be a deduction of first pack check of $35 for background.
