Knights Logistics LLC is looking for reliable independent contractor delivery drivers with their own SUV, minivan, or cargo vans to join our Last Mile Delivery team in Baltimore, MD. This is a high volume, route-based delivery job — not gig work.
We have immediate openings for:

• Full-Time Route Drivers
• Part-Time Floaters (must be consistently available)

Warehouse: Jessup, MD
Route Area: Baltimore, MD
Position Details
1. Full-Time Independent Contractor

• 5–6 days/week (Weekend availability strongly preferred)
• Dedicated route in one zip code
• Ideal for contractors seeking steady income and consistent volume

2. Part-Time Independent Contractor

• Flexible schedule but must be available consistently multiple days/a week
• Able to fill in on short notice

Compensation:
$1.50 per STOP (not per package) paid weekly via direct deposit. Most full-time drivers average 100+ stops/day
Contractors are responsible for fuel, tolls (if applicable), and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• SUV, minivan, or cargo van (no sedans)
• Personal auto insurance with $100K/$300K liability coverage
• Background check
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) for route management/scanning
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60lb packages throughout the day
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
