NW Pro Couriers is expanding our Grand Rapids team and looking for independent contractors ready to hit the ground running with STAT/on-demand courier deliveries. If you’re a dependable professional who already has a TWIC card or TSA certification (with a valid STA number), we want to talk to you—priority placement available for qualified candidates.

The Opportunity
We need experienced contract couriers for last-minute pickups and deliveries dispatched via our route management system. This is a flexible, on-demand role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to serve their community.

Location Requirement

• Must live within 20 miles of Grand Rapids (ZIP 49546)

Contractor Requirements

• 18+ years old with valid U.S. driver’s license
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in last 3 years)
• Reliable personal vehicle (car or small SUV only—no trucks/vans)
• Current registration and insurance
• Smartphone (for GPS and order scanning)
• Personal cooler with reusable ice packs (for temperature-sensitive deliveries)
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Willing to complete contractor screening and online prep modules
• Must currently have, or be able to obtain, a valid STA (Security Threat Assessment) or TWIC credential

Professional Appearance Standards

• Uniform: gray/red polo OR NW Pro Couriers T-shirt (provided), solid-colored pants (no sweats/athletic wear), professional closed-toe shoes (no sandals, flip-flops, or heels)
• 1099 Contractor ID badge (provided) must be worn at all times
