Position Overview:

Deliver small packages (100+ stops/day)
8–12 hour route, 7 days/week availability preferred
Route stays within a 15-mile radius of the pickup location
Commission pay: $200–$240/day
Just drop the package at the door and take a photo — no customer interaction

What You Need:

Your own cargo van or sprinter-style van in excellent condition
- Must be unbranded (no signage or logos)
- Clean, well-maintained interior and exterior
Valid driver’s license + auto insurance
Must pass a background check
Professional appearance and reliability
Strong work ethic and daily route consistency

We’re Looking For:

Independent contractors OR
Small delivery teams with 2–5 vans
Drivers who can commit to showing up daily and handling full routes reliably

Pay Structure:

Commission-based: Daily minimum + per-stop bonus
Most drivers average $200–$250/day
Paid weekly via direct deposit

Location:

Routes start and end in Kansas City
All deliveries are made within a 15-mile radius of the pickup location
