Primetime Delivery and Warehouse is hiring a reliable and organized full-time 3rd shift Dispatcher to join our operations team.

ou will be the crucial link between our field staff and clients, ensuring smooth and timely service during overnight hours. If you are a calm problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assign and dispatch drivers/field staff to scheduled and last-minute service calls.
Monitor service routes and make real-time adjustments for efficiency and timeliness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for field staff during the night shift, offering guidance and support.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all dispatches, field movements, and service activities.
Handle incoming customer calls and address any overnight issues or concerns professionally.
Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of tasks during shift changes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS, and communication systems.
Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as required
