We are a houseplant delivery company in NJ and looking for drivers that can provide a high touch experience to our customers in NYC.

I know that the pay is confusing so here are details about it, please read thoroughly:

- our customers are plant buyers in New York so unlike ubereats, they have more tip to spare. Usually for bigger orders, $30-$80. For smaller orders $5-$20.

- unlike most delivery services, the goal is to take more time at each stop to wow our customers with a very nice delivery experience so that they will tip more and you will earn more.

- usually customers wow at your display of empathy and taking extra care of where to leave their plants, bringing the plant upstairs, helping them place the plant in place and cleaning up after yourselves, and extended more help by asking. There will be a casual training around this to ensure that you're set up for success.

- every day you will receive 5-8 stops, and you will receive from us $50-100. From there, you will earn the rest of your money from the customers. 

- so the earnings per week is not fixed, but there is potential to earn alot if you provide above and beyond service.
