Delivery Driver – Final Mile (Monday-Friday Schedule)
Overflow Partners LLC is looking for motivated and reliable drivers to join our Final Mile Delivery team. If you have experience with final-mile delivery platforms (Amazon Flex, OnTrac, etc.) or similar driving experience, we want to hear from you! ¡Se habla Español!

What We Offer

Pay: Per piece rate (averages $21–$25 per hour and above, depending on route completion speed)
Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday–Friday)
Start Time: 7:00 am
Routes: Full routes (8 hours) or half routes (4–5 hours) available
Stops: 50–100+ stops per day
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Who We’re Looking For

Available to work Monday-Friday consistently
Reliable and detail-oriented
Able to stay organized and self-motivated
Comfortable using smartphone apps and navigation software
Professional and customer-focused

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Proof of Insurance
U.S. Citizen or Valid Work Permit
Reliable vehicle (cargo van, minivan, or car)
Up-to-date smartphone (iOS or Android)
Ability to navigate using Google Maps/Apple Maps
Delivery experience preferred but not required
Willing to start ASAP

Work Area
Pickup will be in Inglewood, and delivery will be throughout Los Angeles
