Courier Driver (Independent Contractor)

Hampton Roads, VA
Part-Time to Full-Time · 20–40 hours/week
We are seeking a reliable and professional Courier Driver to support local deliveries throughout the Hampton Roads region. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in dependable service, punctuality, and representing a company with integrity.
Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and small freight to residential and commercial clients
Follow assigned routes and meet delivery timelines
Communicate clearly with dispatch when needed
Maintain accurate logs of completed deliveries
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements

Must have a personal vehicle in good working condition (10 years old or newer)
Valid driver’s license
Proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift 20–50 lbs
Smartphone with data for navigation and delivery apps
No felony convictions within the last 10 years
Strong reliability, time-management, and communication skills
Knowledge of the Hampton Roads area is preferred

Schedule

20–40 hours per week
Flexible scheduling available
Weekday and weekend shifts may be available depending on route volume

Compensation
