About the Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and motivated Independent Contractors with Cargo Vans to complete e-commerce delivery routes originating from Carteret, NJ. This role involves picking up packages from the warehouse and delivering them to customers within designated service areas.

Responsibilities:
• Self-load packages at the warehouse before 9:00 AM. Recommended 7:00 AM going to the warehouse.
• Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
• Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently and on time
• Handle packages with care and ensure accurate deliveries

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Must pass MVR check, background check, and drug screening
• Ability to lift packages up to 70-100 lbs (dolly available if needed)
• Cargo van required
• Experience with Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or similar delivery operations preferred
• Smartphone with GPS and data plan
• Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented
• No smoking on site or around packages
• Must be punctual and reliable
