Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Owner Operators to join our team! As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for residential last-mile deliveries, ensuring packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

This role offers consistent, dedicated local work in the Chattanooga, TN area.

Requirements:

Must operate under an active LLC
Must own a Sprinter Van or Cargo Van
Must carry valid commercial vehicle insurance
Deliveries consist of residential packages to local homes
App-based scanning required for all deliveries
Deliveries occur within a set daily delivery window

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle for residential deliveries
Load, unload, and handle packages with care
Accurately scan freight using the designated app
Obtain proof-of-delivery signatures when required
Deliver exceptional customer service at each stop
Follow optimized routes and schedules for on-time performance
Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle upkeep

Qualifications

Proven experience as a commercial driver or Owner Operator
Must carry active commercial vehicle insurance
Ability to perform light to moderate lifting when necessary
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Familiarity with local routes, mapping, and navigation apps
Experience with residential or last-mile delivery preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
