Location: Seattle, WA & Greater Seattle Area

Job Type: Full-Time (Employee)
Pay: Flat $5,000/month + Overtime Opportunities + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Minimum 10 Hours per Day

Neonline Logistics is a fast-growing specialized logistics company serving life-science, biotech, AOG, and high-value freight customers across the U.S. We provide time-critical and temperature-controlled deliveries for major pharmaceutical and technology clients.
We’re expanding in the Seattle market and seeking experienced 20-ft box truck drivers who are dependable, professional, and ready to grow with a rapidly scaling company.

Responsibilities

Operate a 20-ft box truck safely and efficiently for regional routes.
Pick up and deliver shipments between Seattle-area warehouses, airports, and customer sites.
Handle palletized and high-value shipments with care (liftgate and pallet jack use required).
Complete all required documentation, logs, and proof of delivery.
Maintain constant communication with dispatch and operations.
Follow DOT, TSA, and company compliance procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 24 months of commercial driving experience.
Must be able to work 6 days a week with 10-hour shifts.
Clean driving record and valid CDL or Class C with commercial experience.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Flat monthly pay: $5,000
Overtime opportunities for additional income
